Your data is protected by us!

General information

This data protection declaration is valid for avisec ltd. based in Remetschwil (Switzerland) and its websites.

avisec ltd. complies with Swiss law. It is important for us to handle your personal data in a legally compliant manner. The data protection declaration documents how your data is used and stored – by avisec ltd. and by third parties.

  • By using https://construction-timelapse.com you agree to this privacy policy.
  • The offers of this website can be used without providing personal data (exceptions are individual services)

Avisec ltd. has taken technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data processed on its websites. However, Internet-based data transmission can still be subject to security gaps, so that absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, it is possible for any person to transmit your personal data to us by alternative means – for example by telephone.

Our privacy policy should be readable and understandable for our customers and the public.

Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data that we process about you. You can also have them corrected or deleted. You also have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. If you have agreed to the processing of your personal data, you can revoke this agreement at any time. This does not affect the legality of the processing, which took place before your revocation under your consent. You can only have the data deleted if this is not required by law (e.g. for invoicing, legal storage obligation according to Swiss law).

In order to exercise these rights, you should contact us in writing (see “Responsible person and contact”). Further rights that only apply to individual parts of our online offering can be found in the relevant section.

Security
Avisec ltd. takes all necessary precautions to ensure the security of your personal data. We protect your data from access by third parties, destruction, loss and manipulation.

Personal data

Personal data
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person is considered personal data. A person becomes identifiable through data such as names, location data or other characteristics that provide clues to the identity of the person.

We do not collect personally identifiable information from https://construction-timelapse.com without your consent. You alone decide whether you want to disclose this data to us or not.

The website https://construction-timelapse.com only requires the data necessary for a functioning service. When registering for the newsletter, we need the name (for a correct address) and e-mail address (see “MailChimp”). The newsletter can also be ordered with a fictitious name. The condition is that the e-mail address is valid.

Basically we do not collect any data from you. When using statistical programs such as Google Analytics, we anonymise your IP address. Only when you contact us or request an offer do we need your data. On the one hand to reply to you and on the other hand to store the data required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

Collection of general data and information
Each time you visit https://construction-timelapse.com, data and information about the person who visits the site is collected. This data is stored in so-called log files. This data can be collected:

  • the date and time of the visit,
  • the website from which an accessing system accesses our website (so-called referrer),
  • the browser type used and its version,
  • the operating system used by the accessing system,
  • the sub websites, which are accessed via an accessing system on our website,
  • an Internet protocol address (IP address).

When using this collected data, avisec ltd. does not draw any conclusions about the person concerned. Rather, the data is required:

  • in order to correctly deliver and optimize the contents of our website,
  • to ensure the functionality of our systems and the technology of our website, and
  • to provide law enforcement authorities with the necessary information in the event of an attack on our system.

This anonymously collected data and information is therefore statistically evaluated by avisec ltd. In addition, it is our goal to increase the data security of our company in order to ensure the protection of your personal data.

Registration on our website
The person concerned has the opportunity to register on our website. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide personal data. The personal data transmitted to avisec ltd. can be seen from the input mask that is filled out when registering. The data entered by the person concerned is used by avisec ltd. exclusively for internal purposes. It is possible that the person responsible for processing may pass on personal data to contract processors, such as a parcel service provider. This data processor will only use these data for the execution of his order for avisec ltd..

When you register on this website, we collect certain data from you. We need this information to ensure security and support and for reporting purposes. This information may include, for example, your IP address or the time of your registration.

The data subject voluntarily provides personal information when registering. The data controller uses this data to offer the data subject services that can only be offered to registered persons. Data subjects have the possibility to change and delete their data at any time.

Duration for which personal data will be stored

Our log files are automatically deleted after 14 days. Other personal data required for the fulfillment of the order will be stored for as long as the statutory retention period requires. They are then routinely deleted.

Cookies

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files. These text files are stored on your computer when you visit a website. Cookies allow us to recognize a visitor (or their device) and save settings. They therefore improve your experience on our website and make it easier for you to navigate from page to page.

Why do we use cookies?
We try to understand how visitors use our website. This is important in order to continuously improve us and our website. For this purpose we use the web analysis service Google Analytics (see “Google Analytics”). We use this to count our visitors and to gain information about my behavior. Google Analytics shows us how long a visitor stays on our site and which terms he is looking for. For this purpose we store a “First-Party Analytics Cookie” on your computer.

How do you prevent cookies on your device?
If you do not want to accept cookies, you can block them in your browser. You can either reject cookies in principle or set a message to be displayed when a cookie is to be saved. You can also delete cookies in your browser that have already been saved at an earlier point in time.

If you want to restrict or block cookies stored on your device, you can do this via the settings of your browser. Comprehensive help and information can be found in the help function of your browser or at www.aboutcookies.org.

Local storage
Local storage technology works in a similar way to cookies (see “Cookies”). With local storage, data is stored locally in the cache of your browser. Even if you close the browser window or the program, the data remains stored in the cache as long as you do not delete it.

Local storage allows your preferences to be stored on your device when you use our website. The data in the Local Storage will not be passed on to third parties or used for advertising purposes.

Google Analytics
https://construction-timelapse.com uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies” (see “Cookies”).

The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

We have activated IP anonymization on this website. This means that Google shortens your IP address within the European Union or other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transmitted to a server in the USA.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the United States, where it will be truncated.

On behalf of the operator of https://construction-timelapse.com, Google will use the collected information to analyze the use of our website and to generate reports about it.

You can prevent the collection by Google of the data generated by the cookie relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. In this case, you will not be able to use all the functions of our website.

The operating company of the Google Analytics component is Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
Google Analytics is explained in more detail at this link https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/analytics/ .

Google Adwords
The person responsible for the processing has integrated Google AdWords on this website. Google AdWords is an Internet advertising service. It makes it possible to place ads in search engine results and in the Google advertising network. Google AdWords makes it possible to define certain keywords in advance, by means of which an ad is displayed in Google’s search engine results exclusively when the user retrieves a keyword relevant search result with the search engine. In the Google advertising network, the ads are distributed to topic-relevant Internet pages using an automatic algorithm and taking into account the previously defined keywords.

The company operating the Google AdWords services is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

We use Google AdWords to promote our website.

If a person concerned reaches our website via a Google advertisement, a so-called conversion cookie is stored on the information technology system of the person concerned by Google. What cookies are is explained in the “Cookies” section. A conversion cookie loses its validity after thirty days and is not there to identify a person. If the cookie has not yet expired, the conversion cookie is used to track whether certain subpages, such as the shopping cart of an online shop system, have been accessed on our website. With the conversion cookie, both we and Google can track whether a person who came to our website via an AdWords ad generated a turnover, i.e. completed or cancelled a purchase.

The data and information collected through the use of the conversion cookie is used by Google to compile visit statistics for our website. These visit statistics are in turn used by us to determine the total number of users who have been referred to us via AdWords ads. From this we draw conclusions about the success or failure of the respective AdWords ad. This enables us to optimize future ads. Neither avisec ag nor other Google customers receive data that could be used to identify affected persons.

The person concerned can prevent the setting of cookies by our website, as described in the chapter “Cookies”, at any time with a setting in the browser. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from setting a conversion cookie. In addition, a cookie already set by Google AdWords can be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs.

Furthermore, the person concerned has the possibility to object to the interest-related advertising by Google. To do this, the person concerned must access the link www.google.de/settings/ads from any of the Internet browsers he or she uses and make the desired settings there.

Further information and the valid data protection regulations of Google can be called up under https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/

Sending the newsletter

Sending the newsletter
On the website of avisec ltd, users can subscribe to the newsletter of our company. The input mask shows which personal data is transferred to the person responsible for processing.

The newsletter serves to inform our customers and business partners about news and offers of our company. The newsletter of our company can only be received by the person concerned if the person concerned has a valid e-mail address and the person concerned has registered to receive the newsletter. For legal reasons, a confirmation e-mail in the double opt-in procedure will be sent to the e-mail address entered for the first time by the person concerned for the purpose of sending the newsletter. This means that registration for the newsletter takes place in two steps. In a first step, the person registers for the newsletter on our website. In a second step, the person receives an e-mail with which he or she must confirm the given e-mail address. This confirmation e-mail is used to check whether the owner of the e-mail address has authorized the person concerned to receive the newsletter. Only when both steps have been completed does the person receive the newsletter.

When registering for the newsletter, we store the IP address of the computer system used by the person concerned at the time of registration as well as the date and time of registration. We collect this data in order to have relevant information in the event of misuse of the e-mail address. This procedure therefore serves to protect the legal rights of the data controller.

The personal data collected in the course of registering for the newsletter is used exclusively to send our newsletter. In addition, we inform subscribers to the newsletter if we make changes to the newsletter offer.

Use of the “MailChimp” newsletter tool
The dispatch of our newsletter takes place via “MailChimp”. This is a newsletter distribution platform of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. This software is also used by numerous other companies in Switzerland.

The e-mail addresses of our newsletter recipients as well as their other data described in this notice are stored on MailChimp’s servers in the USA. MailChimp uses this information to send and evaluate newsletters on our behalf.

Furthermore, MailChimp can use this data to optimize or improve its own services according to its own information. For example, MailChimp can use this data to make technical improvements in shipping or to make statistical evaluations of its customers.

However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them or pass them on to third parties.

We trust that MailChimp adheres to the data protection guidelines and keeps all data under the highest security precautions. MailChimp is certified under the US-EU Privacy Shield and is therefore committed to complying with EU data protection regulations. The privacy policy of MailChimp can be viewed here.

Statistical surveys and analyses
MailChimp is not only suitable for sending content. With MailChimp the reading behaviour of the individual recipients can be traced. We expressly point out to you that avisec ltd. does not carry out any statistical analyses on the basis of MailChimp evaluations, although this is technically possible. We have deactivated all tracking functions of MailChimp.

Online access and data management
There are cases in which we direct the newsletter recipients to the MailChimp websites. We do this only if there is no other possibility. Our newsletters contain, for example, a link with which the newsletter recipients can call up the newsletters online (e.g. in the case of display problems in the e-mail program).

We would like to point out that MailChimp sets cookies on its websites. We have no influence on the data collection of MailChimp on its website. You can find further information in MailChimp’s privacy policy. You can find it under the following link: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/

Cancellation/Revocation
You can cancel your subscription to our newsletter at any time. At the same time, your consent to its dispatch via MailChimp or any other dispatch tool will expire.

You will find a link to cancel the newsletter at the end of each newsletter.

Email marketing
Avisec ltd. expressly distances itself from the delivery of unsolicited advertising by e-mail (spam). We only pass on the e-mail addresses of our customers to third parties if this is necessary for order processing.

Possibility to contact us via the website
The website of avisec ltd. contains information that enables visitors to contact us in accordance with legal requirements. Among other things, this includes a contact form and an e-mail address. If a person contacts us via one of these two channels, the personal data is automatically stored. This is done so that the data controller can contact the data subjects. Which personal data is stored can be seen from the input mask. This personal data will not be passed on to third parties.

Links to other websites
https://construction-timelapse.com contains links to external websites. avisec ltd. assumes no responsibility for the data protection strategies or the content of these external websites. If you find data protection violating or other illegal contents on linked websites, we ask you to report this to us. After checking the link, we will remove it if necessary.

Embedded content from other websites
Contributions on this website may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, images, contributions, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if the visitor had visited the other website.

We have no control over what information these websites collect about their visitors. For example, you can include additional tracking services from third parties and record any interactions with the embedded content.
